Help & support

Questions are welcome.

Find quick answers about the StackTake workflow and learn how support will work during early access.

StackTake is currently preparing for early access.

Early testers receive a direct feedback channel with their invitation. A public support email and response-time policy will be published here before paid subscriptions begin.

Frequently asked questions

What should I add to StackTake?+

Add the physical products you are actively creating with or may want to create with. Take a quick photo, add the basic product information, and let your Shelf become the source of truth.

What is the difference between filming and posting?+

Filming means you created new content, including drafts. Posting means content featuring that product actually went live. StackTake tracks them separately so your product history stays accurate.

Why can one product appear in several Smart Stacks?+

Smart Stacks are automatically updated views, not exclusive folders. A product can be Never Filmed, part of a Required Post, and recommended for today at the same time.

Does StackTake post to TikTok for me?+

No. You keep creating and posting wherever you normally do. StackTake organizes the products and history around that workflow.

How are estimated deadlines handled?+

StackTake can estimate a date from the arrival information you provide, but you should always confirm the real requirement shown by TikTok Shop. Platform rules and individual obligations can vary.
