Refund Policy

StackTake offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases. Last updated August 11, 2026.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with StackTake, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your initial purchase of a monthly or annual subscription, and to each renewal charge within 30 days of the date that charge was made.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles all billing inquiries and returns. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or contact us through the Support page and we will pass the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle typically processes refunds within a few business days, and your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the Billing section in Settings, or through the customer portal linked from your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not create a refund — request one as described above if you want the most recent charge returned.

Additional details

Paddle's own Refund Policy also applies to purchases of StackTake. Where local consumer law grants you a longer or stronger right to a refund, that law applies and nothing in this policy limits it. We may decline refund requests where there is evidence of fraud, payment abuse, or repeated refund-and-repurchase activity.
